At 54TwentyFour, we are mindful that employees carry their work experiences wherever they go. By design, we can establish an experience where employees feel they belong, where their identity matters and where they can truly thrive.
We have off-the-shelf learning and development programmes, and co-develop programmes with clients based on their needs. We offer training, coaching, facilitation and programme orchestration.
In cases where bottlenecks or conflict halt progress, our Facilitation Sessions aim to alleviate the block. Our additional thinking and planning sessions and BIPOC and Women Affinity Groups aim to cultivate open, meaningful conversations.
These open dialogues approach the issue with a critical response that balances opinions with incisive questions. Every voice matters in this approach, and we push toward the solution together.
